Clutch Reschedules Tour Due to Vocalist's Surgery
Clutch has announced the rescheduling of their September tour dates to early 2014 following lead singer Neil Fallon's back surgery. Fallon revealed on the band's social media that he has been diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis and two herniated discs, conditions stemming from a childhood injury and years of performing. After consulting multiple neurosurgeons, he was advised that immediate surgical intervention was necessary to prevent further damage to his spinal cord.
Fallon expressed regret over the tour postponement but emphasized the importance of prioritizing his health. He is set to undergo a procedure that will involve fusing three vertebrae with a titanium plate. He remains optimistic about his recovery and looks forward to returning for the October-November tour. Clutch appreciates the support from fans during this time and promises to make up for the missed performances.
The updated tour schedule includes dates in various cities across North America, with specific rescheduled shows in January 2014.

Clutch Concert at The Egyptian Room was BADASS!!!!
I have seen Clutch (and The Sword) many times in many different venues over the years, but this was my first time enjoying the show at The Egyptian Room in The Old National Centre in Indianapolis, IN. I have to say that I was totally thrilled with the venue!!! Clutch NEVER let's the fans down no matter where they perform, and they always perform at the highest level, but the unique style of The Egyptian Room made this the best Clutch show I've ever seen!!! The Sword rocked as usual and Nate Bergman put on a stellar opening act as well. Clutch is the BEST rock and roll band of the last 3 decades!!!
